F1 Rocks

My dept got 17 pairs of tickets to F1 Rocks Concert for tonight @ 5pm. They did a lucky draw few mins ago and i got the tickets worth $178 but... should i go??!?! Saw from the ticket that it is a Rain or Shine event and free standing wor.... Hmm.....

Tonite got Jacky Cheung, A-Mei, Da Mouth, SodaGreen and i would like to see Jacky Cheung leh!! How?!?! Should i go and pick up my darlings at later hour?? :p Don't think can drive there too cos the road is closed for F1 race. See more details @ http://www.f1rocks.com/singapore09/

Princess Adelle is 20 months old on 16th Sep

Adelle weighs 11.2kg at 20th months old. She can now say an entire list of words like keep, eat, draw, ok, pig, kite, book, rice, monkey, baby, duck, close and clap. She also know how to address people like aunty, uncle, mei mei, didi. Another significant improvement was she started to form sentence like "where's daddy?" and "go to bed". Seeing her language starts to get better each day makes me feel very happy and every day i am looking forward to hear new words and sentences from her! :)

Princess Danelle is 3 months old on 21st Sep

3 months old Danelle can flip to one side by lifting up her both legs then turn! :)

When she's on her tummy, she will lift her head and chest as if she were doing mini-pushups.


She also started to play with her hands and can fold her arms!


Danelle best record is she can sleep from 9+pm and wake up at 7am!


Whenever she hears our voice, she will turn to see us. She enjoy chit chatting session with us too.

All in all, Danelle is growing well except for her milk feeds, it was really challenging! She refused to be bottle feed and will scream when she see the bottle. Thus, my maid has to bottle feed her when she is asleep. So everyday she is looking forward for me to return home to latch her... Haiz....

Outing at Lim Chu Kang

During the long weekend of Hari Raya Puasa, we brought Adelle for outing @ Lim Chu Kang.

It was a long drive to Lim Chu Kang and our first stop was the dragon fruit farm. Adelle get to walk around and even smell the passion fruit hanging on the tree. Then she had fun feeding the fishes cos hubby bought the fish food for her to "throw" into the pond. The fruit farm also sells fresh fruits and vegetable that they say these are organic fruits. Hubby bought the dragon fruits and bananas too. The dragon fruits was really sweet! :)

Our second stop was the goat farm - Hay Dairy. Hubby bought the fresh goat milk but i don't like the taste. However, Adelle and hubby were happily drinking it. We also walked around the farm and took some pics with the goat behind us.

After the goat farm, we drove around Lim Chu Kang and saw many farms but didn't get off cos it was hot outside. As we drove on, we reaches Sungei Buloh. We didn't go for the long walk there cos it was near to their closing hours so we decide that we will make another trip back the nxt round.

We also saw there is a D'Kranji Farm Resort. It looks quite interesting but not cheap wor... Wonder how many people will come here to stay for fun? ;)

Overall, we had fun exploring this part of Singapore! And throughout the trip, Danelle was sleeping and during our journey back, Adelle doze off too! :)

Kite Festival

It was a bright sunny afternoon and we decided to bring Adelle to west coast park for the kite festival on 29th Aug. It was the first time that we introduce to Adelle - Kites! She loves seeing the flying kites and can say "Kite" when we taugh her the word on the spot. We have fun too by making a simple kite @ the festival. :) While on our way back to the car, Adelle insist to push the stroller! So we let her try it and she enjoys "pushing it" cos we helped her by pulling it infront without her knowing it! ;)

SMH June 09 mummies gathering @ Town

During the last gathering, i post in the jun 09 thread asking if any mummies interested to meet. Well, a few mummies did response that they are keen and one mummy request me to organise. So i did and arrange on the first day (27th Aug) of Taka baby fair cos wanna go and see if can get any good buy at the same time. ;)

On that day, i put Danelle into the sling and we took MRT to Orchard. Hehe... my first experience to bring my baby out! Yes... first time cos never did it with Adelle. Danelle is much easier to manage cos she will zzZZzz once she gets into the sling and sleep. She only wakes up when she poo or hungry and she doesnt fuss. So i LOVE bringing her out!! :P Thus, i left Adelle at my mum place and brought Danelle to meet friends instead.

To my surprise, 19 mummies put up their names that they are coming but only 12 mummies turn up that day cos several of them fell sick last min. I made reservation @ Breeks cos it is spacious enough for the prams and mummies with babies. Get to know and talk to some mummies that didn't went to blurmom house gathering. Also the "regulars" mummies who went blurmom house gathering, went to this gathering as well. So get to c the babies are growing bigger. However this time round, the babies didn't get a chance to take picture together cos we only took 1 group photo.
